Fulton House Condominium Assoc

Chicago, IL 60606

Welcome to Our Community

Fulton House Condominium Association is a unique 16-story mixed-use community located at 345 North Canal Street in Chicago, Illinois. The original cold storage building was converted into residential and commercial condominiums in 1981 by Chicago architect Harry Weese.

Since its conversion in 1981, the neighborhood around Fulton House has changed dramatically.  In 1981 Fulton House was the only residential structure in the area, whereas now there are many condominiums and rental buildings and the community is now known as the Fulton River District.

It is hoped that residents of Fulton House Condominium Association appreciate and enjoy its unique character, its proximity to the loop and River North, as well as its marvelous river views.

Community Living

Part of living in a community association means that everyone must follow certain Rules and Regulations for the benefit of our association and all of our homeowners. Since we live in such close proximity to one another, it is important that everyone does their part. Please log in to TownSq by following the link at the top of the page and view our community governing documents and learn more.
